Meet the California College News Team
by the California College News Team
Zack Davis
Zack is a California college student himself, working to obtain his degree in journalism at the Art Institutes. After 5 years of freelance writing for various papers, he joined the news team to maintain steady work that he can be proud of while he earns his degree. He prides himself on his ability to always see two sides of a story and report on relevant and sometimes controversial topics in a non bias way. Zack is an outgoing person who hopes to one day reside in San Francisco, but fears that he’ll have to win a Pulitzer just to afford the cost of living in the city! All joking aside, he is one of our top authors at MyCaliforniaDegree.com and is quickly raising in the ranks as he takes on the responsibilities of customer facing social commentary through Twitter and soon with a Facebook fan page as well.
Julia Levingston
Julia has spent 3 years as a guest blogger on many relevant education blogs and is a writing professor for a DeVry online program. She prides herself on her knowledge and experience within the space and her strict attention to detail. She hopes to one day “retire” as an editor because she can’t imagine a day without reading at least 50 pages of content. As someone who is also fairly opinionated (her words), she hopes to write the majority of Op Eds within the news team.
Guest Authors
Every once in awhile we will have guest authors write for our news as well. These guest authors are always experts in the industry and we require that they write from a non-bias point of view. If you would like to be a guest author on our site, please contact news at mycaliforniadegree.com. Anyone who would like to become a regular guest author has the option of being featured on this page.
Other contact information is located here.
